Snitch
Sure...it's nothing original. But what the hell.*insert cool-looking banner here* Welcome to PokePower - the Pokemon Card Set...in Yu-Gi-Oh! format. I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoy making them - I put a lot of work into them. ^-^

Once per turn, you can choose 1 of your opponent's monsters and move it into a different Monster Card Zone on their field. If you use this effect, place 1 Plant Counter on this card. When there are 3 Plant Counters on this card, you can send this face-up card to the Graveyard to Special Summon 1 "#002 - Ivysaur" from your hand or Deck.

Once per turn, you can choose to activate one of the following effects:-Move 1 of your opponent's monsters into a different Monster Card Zone.-Destroy 1 opponent's monster which is in the same column as this monster. Then, inflict damage to your Life Points equal to half the destroyed monsters original ATK.When you activate one of the above effects, place 1 Plant Counter on this card. When there are 3 Plant Counters on this card, you can send this face-up card to the Graveyard to Special Summon 1 "#003 - Venusaur" from your hand or Deck.

Once per turn, you can activate 1 of the following effects:-Move 1 of your opponent's monsters into a different Monster Card Zone.-Destroy 1 of your opponent's monsters which is in the same column as this card. Then, inflict damage to your Life Points equal to half the destroyed monsters original ATK.-Increase your Life Points by an amount equal to half the original ATK of a monster in the same column as this card. When you active 1 of the above effects, place 1 Plant Counter on this card. You can remove 3 Plant Counters from this card to Special Summon 1 "#001 - Bulbasaur" from your hand or Deck.

Once per turn, you can reduce the ATK of 1 monster on your opponent's field by 200 until the End Phase of this turn.
http://dragonfirebender.deviantart.com/art/Charmeleon-89649794
This card gains 300 ATK for every Pyro-Type monster on the field other than this card. Once per turn, you can reduce the ATK of 1 monster on your opponent's field by 300 until the End Phase of this turn.

This card can not be attacked by a non Aqua-, Winged-Beast- or Thunder-Type monster. When this card is attacked reduce it's ATK by half. Once per turn, you can reduce the ATK of 1 opponent's monster by 500 until the End Phase of this turn.

Ahhh, Bulbasaur and it's evos - the start of PokePower. The idea here is that using their vines, they can 'move' the cards on your opponent's side of the field to different areas. Then, once Ivysaur is played, you can use Solarbeam to destroy the monster in front of you, with recoil damage (therefore you taking the Life Point loss.) With the decrease, this discourages use of it against stronger foes most of time, but it's all the owner's choice. Once Venusaur gets out, you get Leech Seed - getting Life Points for monsters in front of you and stuff. I was thinking of swapping the effects (Venusaur gets Solar, Ivysaur gets Leech) but I was thinking of how Ivysaur would become so overused, and, as a one tribute, easy to get heavy life points up. Just what I thought. ^-^
The zard's have a pretty basic effect up to Charizard - being able to 'burn' their opponents, giving them weaker attack points. Charizard, however, being able to fly, would be able to avoid most kinds of attacks, making me bring it down to those three that can hit - but they can hit easier when they do so, to balance it out a bit. ^-^ Recent Updates[x] - Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, Venusaur. About the Concepts partAs I am with most people, I thought some of you would be interested to find out what led me to choosing certain effects. Well, that's why that's there, so, enjoy. ^-^ Rates would be appreciated! =
Dark
I haven't been to the CC section in days, weeks, or even a month, but shouldn't there be artist credit? I like the idea, but J-Max has you beat by about 200 cards.
Snitch
I'm aware of their set. Artist credit is coming - I had it ready and then the links stopped working, and I have to find them again. =/
