.Impact
rate pic ocg originality and it realismOnce per turn during your Main Phase you can select one card in your opponent's Hand and look at it. When your opponent attacks a monster on your side of the field with "Harpie" in its name, you can redirect the attack to this card. If you activate this effect this card loses 900 ATK. This card gans 200 ATK for each card in your Graveyard with "Harpie" in its name.
Καsτοr
OCG Correction:Winged Beast, not Winged- Beast. And, If you post the effect, I'll give more corrections!

Andx
First off who actually plays the Harpies? Secondly this card does nothing to help the Harpies. Third, for a level 7 monster 2800 ATK and DEF is too high, bring down the ATK by 200-300 and the defense by 500-900. Next, being able to rearrange your opponent's deck each turn and only having to pay 500 Lifepoints screams overpowerred. Since it is a spy it probably shouldn't be able to nuke the entire field so you should probably remove that part of the effect. So in summary, lower the Stats, remove the nuking effect, and increase the payment or limit how many times you can rearrange your opponent's deck. 6/10, needs a lot of balancing. .Impact
updatedwow harsh and i like some of it. LostLetter227
OCG Fix: "Once per turn, during your Main Phase you can look at the top 5 cards of your opponent's Deck and arrange them in any order. Each time a Spell card is activated put 1 Spell Counter on this card. You can remove 3 Spell Counters on this card to destroy every card on your opponent's side of the field. During each of your Main Phases, pay 500 Life Points. If you cannot, this card is destroyed." I agree with Andx. 3 Spell Counters? Heck, that puts Legendary Flame Lord to shame. The underlined effects are overpowered. ( hence, the whole card ) In order, here are the problems: 1. "during your Main Phase you can look at the top 5 cards of your opponent's Deck and arrange them in any order."This is a freaking time seal. You can give your opponent a dead draw and render his/her next turn useless. How to fix? I don't know, discard 1 card or something. It's just unbelievably overpowered. 2. "You can remove 3 Spell Counters on this card to destroy every card on your opponent's side of the field."Oh, I see. 3 TToC is all it takes to wipe your opponent's field clean. To balance, just make it 5 or 7 counters or w/e. Just.. Not.. 3... The life point cost is a mere nothing, I tell you.
Skyson
First off who actually plays the Harpies? I do. Harpies have been my main Deck for a while now. They're a very fun Deck' date=' and I'm right now working on mitigating Blackwings into the mix. =D Secondly this card does nothing to help the Harpies. Here is where I very strongly agree. I read this with my Deck in mind, and saw absolutely no way that this would support Harpies. It's WIND attribute, Winged Beast type, and has the word "Harpie" in its name. Thus, it's automatically a good idea for Harpie Lady Decks, right? Ask Harpie's Brother, Harpie Girl, Harpie Lady 2, and Harpie Lady 3 that question. >_> Having "Harpie" in her name gives her absolutely no benefits when put with the Harpie Lady Deck. All of the specific cards revolve around "Harpie Lady" so this card gets no such bonus from Hunting Grounds, Baby Pet Dragon, Elegant Egotist, etc. Being WIND/Winged Beast gives it nothing more than the ability to be fodder for Icarus Attack, and gain an ATK increase from Harpie's Hunting Ground and Harpie Lady 1. Sadly, both of those benefits are shot down by the fact that it requires 2 Tributes. Harpie Lady Decks are all about being fast and aggressive. I would never set up a field of monsters just to get rid of two for this, or just about any 2-Tribute monster for that matter. The only Tribute monster I have ever considered running is Raiza the Storm Monarch, because he's an amazing support for the Deck. This is support for Spellcaster Decks. They revolve around the usage of Spell Cards and Spell Counters, not Harpies. :/ The first effect is broken. Having the option to control your opponent's next 5 (or less, with draw cards) draws is obscene, and although it's cute how you're trying to focus on the Spy theme, that's a broken way of doing it. The Spell Counter effect is broken, too. 3 Spell Cards then you can wipe out your opponent's whole field? "LOL ARCANITE MAGICIAN/ASSAULT MODE ONLY NEEDS 2 TO DO IT" because he's a ****ing /Assault Mode. This can be Monster Reborn'd, then 3 Spells dropped/Pitch-Black Power Stone abuse make it a bomb. Spellcasters who revolve around the use of Spell Counters would love this card. Harpies give it a clueless look and fly the other direction. For the Harpie Lady Deck, this card fails. Badly. 3/10 In general, it needs an OCG clean-up and a "No Special Summon" condition. Then it'd be more balanced, possibly. Still, a 6/10 at best. :/
Lord Smeagle
First off who actually plays the Harpies? I play them as well. It's an incredible decktype if you play it correctly. That being said, this picture is EPIC. Looks just like Harpie Lady, except that she doesn't seem to have arms in this incarnation... And while the effect is a'aight, I think the field nuke is indeed unwarranted. Maybe if it only destroyed Spell and Traps (thus making it a Harpie's Feather Duster?) I'm not rating it right now. AsterikcAde
I would like to own a Harpy card, I never gotten one and recently I stop collecting, but this card will certainly go well in a Harpie Themed Deck. 8.5/

Fen.
Interesting pic, but a wee bit overpowered with a strong ATK to begin with. It also gains ATK for harpies in the Graveyard, making it stronger. At least it takes two tributes. I don't see much OCG error, so you did good when it came to corrections. I give this card an 8/10.
