Destroy all monsters on the field and Special Summon one monster from either player's Graveyard, regardless of any summoning conditions. After, send your entire hand to the Graveyard and reduce your Life Points by 90 percent. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase this turn. Basically you forsake hand, Life Point and field advantage for a monster of your choice. The "regardless of any summoning conditions" was chosen over "ignoring the summoning conditions" so you could summon a nomi monster without it being legitimately summoned first.
