Here is a trap I came up with not to long ago. Feedback is appreciated.

Select 1 Face-Up monster in your opponent's control. The selected monster cannot Attack or change it's Battle Position. You can destroy this card during your opponent's 2nd Standby Phase after this card's effect is activated

This is a good card, but I agree with the comments that it's underpowered. There are two cards that are almost the same but more powerful; Spellbinding Circle (which does exactly the same but doesn't destroy itself) and Shadow Spell (which does the same as SC and also knocks 700 ATK off). I think you should make this card a bit like a weakened Shattered Axe, in that it prevents attack or position change and also decreases ATK. 300 ATK per turn should do it. Keep rockin'! 9/10

Wow, the image fits the title and the effect of the card! You OCG is a little off but overall this a balanced card!
