Effect:

This card's Attribute is also treated as DARK. Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, you can pick up (not draw) cards from the top of your Deck until a Spell or Trap Card is picked up. Add that card to your hand and return all other picked up cards to your Deck. Your Deck is then shuffled. If you use this effect, this card cannot attack this turn. During each of your End Phases, you can Summon 1 "Creation Token" (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 100) to your field in Defense Position. This card gains 100 ATK and DEF for each "Creation Token" on the field. Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 "Creation Token" you control to negate an attack that designates this card. The "Creation Tokens" cannot be used, except by this card's effect.

"Your Deck is then shuffled" isn't used anymore, other than that, all's good. ;)

Playability-wise, needs nerfing. It's inherently a +1 every turn, and doing so at the cost of its attack isn't much of a setback . It works like a Continuous Spell Card in that way. Not only that, increasing field presence every turn at the cost of nothing with tokens that prevent its destruction by battle and are usable in Synchro Summons (since they're not "tributed") is excessive. To top it off, it's searchable due to its 1500 ATK.

Other than that, good job, but that pretty much goes without saying. You, of all people in this site, will know how to fix the card, if you agree with me that it does need minor fixing. ;)

I think you're deck is shuffled is needed in this instance because of the effect, people could get confused thinking you return cards to the top of deck so i think its needed here...

Other then that Blackwind has pretty much said everything that needed to be said..

Good job, as usual DeMeNTeD
