Snitch Posted April 5, 2009 Report Share Posted April 5, 2009 Last time I checked, when a member thinks up an original name, finds a great pic and thinks up a nice effect, they go to that little link on the top of the page that says Card Maker, they upload the pic, type in the name and effect, and post it in the CC section.
