As for the Gramar, I have posted what I believe to be correct below:

 

You can discard this card from your hand to return all Plant-Type Monsters on your field to your hand. Then you can take control of monsters on your opponents field, up to the same number of monsters returned to your hand by this cards effect, until the End Phase of this turn.

 

The parts hilighted in red are parts were I changed the wording but was not sure if that was the effects you wanted;

 

-on your field , originally stated "on the field", but I wasn't sure if you meant just your side or not

and

-up to the same number of monsters returned to your hand by this cards effect , Originally stated "Equal to..", so I assumed you meant equal to or less than[/align]
