When this card destroys a monster in battle, place 1 "Frozen Counter" on this card (max 3). When there is 3 "Frozen Counters" on this card, you can remove the counters from this card to lower the level of all monsters on yourside of the field by 2 levels. If you have 3 Black Counters on this card, by paying 1000 LP you can tribut this card to Special Summon 1 Level 7 or lower monster from your Deck or hand to the field. Skip summoning conditions.
