If they didn't have so much milling ability, I guarantee you that they wouldn't be as effective. And our friend TeleDAD isn't coming back for awhile, so that's one less problem to worry about. Mysty Posted April 13, 2009 Report Share Posted April 13, 2009 Sadly, Lightsworns ARE that fast. I think Lightsworns are only really a problem because of Judgment. If Judgment weren't around the Lightsworns would still make a good deck, but nowhere near as powerful.As for the topic, Mirror Force isn't being used a lot anymore. Threatening Roar is pretty cheap and is considered pretty good, probably better than Mirror Force based on chainability. As for Solemn Judgment, I think Bottomless is the only cheap alternative. Dark Bribe is another route that will stop the Spells and Traps, but BTH is generally a better option to use, especially with JD still around. You can also play threatening roars to some extend. Personnally the only traps I would play are CCV and TT. Maybe T Roars in a deck packing ddudes. I expected better from you. He's actually right on there although I think you're wasting your time with D Prison as a Mirror Force replacement. Why not use something that you can actually use during the Battle Phase that you can also use outside the Battle Phase? Why not use Bottomless Trap Hole?
