It's OPed. Look at how it's worded. There is no "Once per turn". The way it's worded, you could just inflict continuous damage in one turn and win. Add "Once per turn" and it would be......

Naw. Gemini effects are continuous as long as the monster stays on the field.

That's old OCG. Just look at one of ur examples. KING PYRON.....King Pyron even says "Once per turn, you can inflict 1000 damage to your opponent"....

......ok.....aside from the spam/ response to title........the second part of the effect makes no sense because if they card is face up on the field then you can't summon it again.......if you still want it to have the effect here's an alternative:

 

This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. When this card is normal summoned, it is treated as a Effect Monster with the following effect:

 

●When this card is Normal Summoned successfully, inflict 300 points of Direct Damage to your opponents Life Points for each card they control. This card is treated as a Normal Monster once this effect resolves.

Birthright would work on this monster as it is. A Gemini is only treated as an effect monster while on the field. If it's sent to the Graveyard, it's turned back into a Vanilla where cards like Birthright can bring it back...where you can then Normal Summon again to make it into an Effect monster.

.....there are many negative effects which can target (specifically) effect monsters, and there are also many effects which can help protect and summon normal monsters.....the card Birthright was an excellent example.....

 

.....and since normal monsters have no effect, if there were a bunch of cards like this (in which the effect was temporary), then someone could create a "Normal Monster" deck using these very special Effect Monsters.................utilizing many of those type of cards....

....if its already on the field there is no need to re-summon it from the field onto the field. Thats why I reworded it.....
