~Is this good enough for you?~

This card's name is meant to match its effect. It is an "Ace Hunter" because it "makes itself look like" the monster it will be battling. Basically, it tricks the opponent's monster into thinking that it is an ally because it has the same type. Then you use that to your advantage to draw after you've hunted successfully.

When this card is Normal Summoned, send 1 Level 4 or lower monster from your Deck to the Graveyard. This card's Type is also treated as the Type of that monster until the End Phase. When this card destroys a monster by battle, you can remove from play 1 monster in your Graveyard of the same Type as the destroyed monster to draw 1 card.[/align]

1. Summon Card

2. Limited Foolish Burial Effect

3. Card takes type of sent monster. Highly situational, don't see much use out of this effect. If you do get any use out of it, it lasts for 1 turn.

4. Hope that it kills an opponent's card with it's 1500 ATK.

5. If 4 is successful, get lucky enough that you happen to have a card with the corresponding type in your graveyard.

6. Congrats! For all your effort and luck you get one card!

So, you have a gimped version of foolish burial that wastes your summon for the turn, and then if the freaking planets happen to align at the exact right angle you might draw a single card.

Hmmm, to answer the question stated in the thread's title: No.

I will admit, I did make a mistake with the effect. It was supposed to be once per turn, similar to Elemental Hero Prisma, so that you could continue to change the Type of the card each turn.

That would provide mill along with Draw Power.
