When this card is Special Summoned, select 1 monster your opponent controls. The selected monster cannot attack or change Battle Positions while this card remains face-up on the field. When this card is destroyed as a result of battle, discard one Monster Card from your hand to shuffle this card into your Deck instead of sending it to the Graveyard. ((Effect is supposed to simulate the target monster being frozen.))
