You must also offer monsters whose total Level Stars equal 9 or more as a Tribute from the field or your hand. As long as "Forest" remains face-up on the field, the ATK of this card continues to increase by 250 points during each of your End Phases. I didnt even look at most of the cards people have posted here. But I'm confused on why awesomemax hasn't said who won the contest yet probably forgot what the end date was or couldn't get on the computer.
