Guest JoshIcy
For now I will allow a discussion about how the members of this section want to see the rules. And of course, I will adjust them as I see fit. The previous rules have been posted as more of a guideline. But do not hesitate, as no post will be considered wrong or be bashed. I will consider each suggestion and tweak it as needed. Scratch that. These rules need to be completely rewritten. Most of them don't even apply. So you can start making this even more your section as you suggest anything. But, be warned. Once I choose to finalize these rules, it will be not negotiable for a good time (unless you personal message me). I cannot give you an exact date for when these will be completely finished. But you have more than a week, I'll give you that. So suggest away and turn this into your section, before it's too late. Until then. The rules of this forum are to be those of Realistic Cards, as well as any obvious rules you are used to for this section. Be Warned: When the rules have been finalized, this thread will be locked and cleaned. So in the end, expect your post count to drop.
The Tin Trooper
A Stickie Vote Someone posts a Stickie Poll. They cannot vote on their own Poll and only one vote per person. If the Stickie makes it to 50 Yes votes, it gets Stickies for a while. If it gets comments regularly, it becomes Stickied for a while. If the said Stickied Thread gets comments regularly, then it becomes perma-Stickied.
I Read The Rules
I would agree with the above poster. That is a good idea.

Plaguespreader Zombie
Alright. If for now, the Realistic Cards Rules shall be in order here;- No new monster Types (Insect, Dragon Etc.) allowed.I feel this rule should be removed. Considering the fact PKEV, a stickied thread, uses fake monster types. [spoiler=Example] I can't see any others that should be removed or anything. I'll come back if I can think of anything. RickiMinaj
Well, we should give an image credit rule, because when using anime cards, some serious damage can be done because a lot of images are owned by big companies with lots of lawyers. Plus, i bet none of you like to get your art work stolen would you?
EmilyAnnCoons
I would have to say that custom types are fine. I think there shouldn't be a rule against them here, simply because there are some things in "pop culture" that people may want to make that don't fit with the current Yu-Gi-Oh types. Might I also recommend that, for those people who can't find images for their cards (like me), there also be something that states that YVD format cards are allowed? I'm having a lot of trouble finding images for a lot of my cards, and I think it would be easier if I could just post them up in the YVD format, but that would be up to you. I do recommend, though, that perhaps a rule about projects be put in place? I know projects like Pokevolution, Digital Invasion, and others like that (including my own) seem to be getting lost in the mix of topics. Perhaps these topics could be stickied if they meet a certain criteria? Since these topics tend to be mainly links to other topics with tons of cards? I dunno, but it's just a thought. SushiTheLegend
It's a place for people to have their threads in the spotlight as if it were stickied, I didn't realize you meant sticky discussion.
SkarmoryHero
A good rule is permission to bump if the thread isn't dead but dead for a few days to update cards.
Otaku-sama
I have an idea for topic restriction. NO YOUTUBE, TELETUBBIES etc. CARDS. They nearly certainly spam. I don't even go on this part of the forum anymore because its always so full of sh*t that I can't find anything worth reviewing (with the exception of a few). I think that you should do some type of massive purge of spam from the Pop Culture Cards forum.
