There is no way that this should be level 5. So you gain 300 each time your opponent activates a Spell. That puts it at level 2. A destoyed by battle effect? Bump it up to 4.

I like it a lot. Cool name too. The pic reminds me of Vincent from Final Fantasy 7, just different colors. 10/10, because even though I'm not quite on top of my OCG at the moment, the effect sounds neat. :)

Also, in the actual TCG there is more chance a card's gonna be underpowered than overpowered.

Why do you keep giving wrong information? "Gain X Life Points" IS correct, and so is "Increase your Life Points by XXX". It's up to you which one you prefer to use.
