SebastiaanZ
These three cards are created by me and a friend of mine for our fanfics. Tell me what you think of them. YGOLD-454 Nightmare God – Dragon of FlamesAttrib: DarkType: Dragon/EffectLevel: 10ATK: X000DEF: 0This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 3 Monsters from your side of the Field from play. This card gains 1000 ATK per card in your Hand at the Beginning of your Turn. When a Monster is Normal, Flip or Special Summoned on your Opponent`s side of the Field, you can lower the ATK of that Monster by 300x the amount of Levelstars it has. When the ATK hits 0, you can destroy the card. YGOLD-470 Nightmare God – Chaos SoldierAttrib: DarkType: Warrior/EffectLevel: 10ATK: 4000DEF: 0This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 3 Monsters from your side of the Field from play. You can pay 1000 lifepoints to destroy all Monsters on the Field, except this card. You cannot attack during the turn this effect is activated. This card is unaffected by Spell or Trap Cards. You can Tribute 2 Monsters, in order to make this card unable to be selected as an Attack Target. YGOLD-500 Nightmare God – Phoenix of DarknessAttrib: DarkType: Dragon/EffectLevel: 10ATK: ?DEF: 0This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 3 Monsters from your side of the Field from play. At the end of the turn return the ATK back to his original value. You can pay 1000 lifepoints in order to destroy all Monsters on the Field and deal 300 lifepoints of damage to your Opponent for every Monster you destroyed. Chunk1014
i'd add some negative sides to the effects as they're a bbit too powerful Link to comment
SebastiaanZ
@Chunk: They were supposed to be to powerfull, but thanks for your comment anyway. They are supposed to be new counterparts of the Egyptian Gods. Although their effects aren't as overpowered as the usual Gods. @DevilsDestroyer: Thanks Link to comment
fist of guthix
I like them. However, you do need to change the way the effect is written out. its kind of unbelivable. other than that, its good. i hope the images come out soon Link to comment
riolu66
This has nothing to do with nightmare gods but the picture on this card might Link to comment
SebastiaanZ
Yeah that has nothing to do with I was aiming on. It needs to be done with the actual Gods and forms that look like them. Link to comment
bury the year
Carbon copies of Egyptian Gods? Check. Link to comment
SebastiaanZ
Carbon copies? You have to see the total. These are supposed to be in a deck of a villian in a friend`s fanfic. He wanted three counterparts of the Egyptian Gods, he got them. Link to comment
KamuiK
Well, I like the idea behind the cards, and hopefully you get some awesome pictures for them. I dunno, maybe you do could use pictures of the normal gods, but with some kind of effect to make them look like evil copies (maybe a sepia effect?). So yeah, maybe a bit overpowered, but since this was the aim after all, nice ones. Link to comment
SebastiaanZ
Thanks, KamuiK for your kind comment. As you said it was indeed the whole idea to make them overpowered because they were meant to be overpowered. Although Slifer`s effect of 1000x card in hand has been downsized. I mean now his ATK is determined by the amount of cards at the beginning of every turn. So the ATK will always fluctuate. Link to comment
bury the year
Carbon copies? You have to see the total. These are supposed to be in a deck of a villian in a friend`s fanfic. He wanted three counterparts of the Egyptian Gods' date=' he got them.[/quote'] Then make them new, like the Sacred Beasts. Give them different effects that have the original idea behind them. Link to comment
SebastiaanZ
They have different effects or haven´t you read the effects carefully. Only their effects are based on the actual effects of the Gods. The Sacred Beasts have entirely different effects. Link to comment
AbbatonStrikes
I think well done like the idea taking the Gods and making them a little darker. You have made it abit like Rainbow Dark Dragon edited the effect slightly on them but overall the same a evil bit of plasitic surgery lol...I'd like to see them in full card form!! Link to comment
KamuiK
I send SebastiaanZ a PM asking what he defines as evil look, no reply sofar. Link to comment
Bringerofcake
I suggest they be at least be three tributes. It adds a bit more to the "Evil God Cards" effect. Link to comment
SebastiaanZ
@Kamuik: I will get back on that soon. I am very busy at the moment. @Bringerofcake: I will change that indeed. Thanks for the replies. Link to comment
SebastiaanZ
Both BUMP and I added the three Monster Tribute rule to the cards. Link to comment
Master Destiny
I think that they are a bit too powerful however a block attack renders them vulnerable to defeat. I'm interested in how'd they look (Card Image). Link to comment
SebastiaanZ
@Master Destiny: I have said it already more then once. These cards are supposed to be counterparts of the Egyptian God Cards. They are supposed to be to powerfull just like the anime-versions of the Egyptian God Cards. I have seen others creating counterparts as well. Link to comment
