Deadly only to those with a weak immune system namely young children, and people who are already under treatment or with an illness, that affects the immune system, rather like the flu then.

 

Alot of Illnesses that could kill you, don't rely on a weak immune system to do it.

Question, would Preteens have a chance of gaining the Swine flu?

I'm thinking that since most hormones are released from teens, unawareness of hormones can actually increase the risk of getting sick. then again if you're afraid of germs, and take a shower every second, Swine flu chances decrease.

 

If I'm wrong, Prove it first, so I know what it really is about.

Cjdude, I'd say not. Teens still have healthy immune systems, and teen hormones probably don't weaken it, yes they may catch it more easily because of their habits, (less likely to go to the source), but not very likely to die from it.

i live in pickering ontario and there r 2 schools in my neighborhood. the first one is st. anthony catholic school and the second is valley farm public school. i go 2 the 2nd school. the 2 schools r right across from each other. and guess what. the 1st school closed down temporary because it had a confirmed case of swine flu! so both schools closed down until the schools were fully vaccinated. yay and boo hoo 4 me. and it said on CP24 if you watch it

this is bad....some ppl died from it and it comes from PIGS...PIGS!!!

 

Yes because we all know Pigs have Avian Flu....

 

Swine Flu itself from Pigs yes, but the thing that is causing Flu now, is a mix of Avian Flu, Swine Flu and Human Flu.

 

Some people dying from drinking too much water (true story), you can't tell us to stop drinking water coz of it.

I came up with a theory on how swine flu works, but lets establish a few things first (some poeple do not know this, so bare with me):

 

The swine flu spreads very easily, and it does come from pigs, but eating pork products is not a danger. It is treatable, but not curable.

 

Facts established, theory now being typed:

 

I believe that swine flu only terribly effects those with the right DNA compositions. There is this town in a mountain somewhere (I saw this documentary a few years ago, and it mentioned this) that had many people living in it. If I remember correctly, the spanish tried to colonise the town, but they could not give birth due to the lower oxygen levels. This proves that some people have the right genetic makeup to be effected slightly, severely or not at all.

When you move to a higher altitude you feel sick for awhile, but it clears up after a few years. Your body simply has to get used to it. It has nothing to do with your genetic makeup.

Yes Swine Flu comes from pigs, but not the form we're currently experiencing its only a 1/3 from Pigs, the rest is from Birds and Humans, so it technically isn't Swine Flu, which is WHO wanted to call it something different.

 

The body does adjust to altitude change, it just takes time for the body to correct the Oxygen Gradient.
