I saw the contest a little after the fact but here are the three cards that I came up with.

 

Nuku Nuku Earthquake

An elemental hero must be on the field in order to play this card. This brings a clutzy android catgirl to the field disrupting any action currently happening on the opponents field and causes the affected monsters to lose half their ATK points.

 

Good Suit Ryo Ohki

Equip this card to an elemental hero.

When this card is activated you give Ryo Ohki a treat then it turns into a battle suit which gives the elemental hero a 2000 point boost in ATK and DEF.

 

 

E H Piccolo's Special Beam Cannon

Sacrifice 2 elemental hero cards to use Piccolo's special beam cannon. When summoned add the ATK and DEF points of both sacrificed cards and add 3000 points to get the ATK and DEF of this card. This card can only remain on the field for 1 turn then it gets placed in the middle of the deck.

 

I have not heard about my cards that I pm'd for the Entrance exam. Whats the judgment on them?

I'm in Ra, so here's the toon Support.

 

Continuous Spell Card

As long as this Card remains on the Field' date=' Toon Monsters can attack on the Turn they are Summoned.[/i']

 

Psychic/Toon/Tuner DARK 2* 1200/400

This card cannot attack during the turn that it is Summoned. When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed' date=' this card is also destroyed. If you control a "Toon World" and your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent directly. This Card cannot be destroyed by battle.[/i']

 

Warrior/Toon/Synchro EARTH 6* 2800/2000

"Toon" Tuner Monster + 1 "Toon" Monster

This card cannot attack during the turn that it is Summoned. When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed' date=' this card is also destroyed. If you control a "Toon World" and your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent directly. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon that monster to your side of the field in face-up Defense Position.[/i']

 

Normal Trap Card

Activate only when a face-up 'Toon World' you control is destroyed. Destroy all Cards on your oppnent's side of the field.

I'm also a member of Ra (as of recently; my entrance exam came back) . . . so I'm pretty happy that I get to work on one of my favorite themes, even if I'm hard-pressed to make just one (let alone three).

 

Well, on with the show!

Toon Doppelganger

CONTINUOUS TRAP

Activate only while you control a 'Toon World'. Any Battle Damage this card's controller takes from a battle involving a Toon monster they control is halved and your opponent takes an equal amount of damage. If a Toon World you control would be destroyed, destroy this card instead.

 

^ This card is WRITTEN-ONLY until I can find a screen-shot of that moment where Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon dodged a White Lightning through impromptu contortionism (or find the manga panel, either one).

 

Toon Violence

TRAP

Activate only while you control a 'Toon World'. Destroy 1 Toon monster you control to destroy up to 2 cards on the field.

 

^ Need to find that panel where Pegasus is talking about how many times Funny Rabbit got shot at. Then I'll be able to make this card in actual imagery.

 

Toon Censorship

CONTINUOUS SPELL

Activate only while you control a Toon monster. Look at your opponent's hand and select one card in it. Remove 1 Toon monster you control to remove the selected card from play. When this card is destroyed, Special Summon the removed Toon monster to your side of the field and return the selected card to its owner's hand.

 

^ I intend to just mock-up an image of Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon holding a censor bar for this, but it'll take time and effort and it's FINALS WEEK IRL. But I'll do it.

 

EDIT: I decided to take a different path with Toon Censorship; remember Toon Mermaid? Yeah. I'll let your imaginations-run-wild fill in the blanks.
