burnpsy Posted April 29, 2009 Report Share Posted April 29, 2009 "African-American Protector Dragon" (be politically correct, dude [jk]) seems way too weak for a 10-star. Also, it's a bit hard to find out how balanced it is without the special Tuner, and the card you mentioned. the ATK and DEF both need to increase, though.
