Can anyone explan the effects for the winged dragon of ra pls

Card Script:

Effect This monster requires 3 tributes to summon (treated as a Special Summon). Ra's ATK and DEF are equal to the total ATK and DEF of all 3 monsters sacrificed to summon it. Reduce your life points by 1000 to destroy any monster on the field. Pay any amount of Life Points and increase Ra's ATK and DEF by the amount of Life Points paid

Properly but all these sections are confusing. Me and my brother are trying too play the card game but we don’t fully understand the effect for this card could anyone explain

You aren't allowed to use this card anyways. Look at the bottom of the real card. Anyw3ays, you must tribute 3 monsters to summon it, and the ATK and DEf is equal to the ATK and DEF of the tributed monsters added together. Then you can pay 1000 life points to destroy 1 card on the field. You can also pay any amount of life points to increase it's ATK by the same amount.

The effect of Ra is ( well, only in the anime ) this one:

 

"You must offer 3 Tributes to Tribute Summon this card. The ATK and DEF becomes the sum of the respective ATK and DEF values of the Tributes. When this card is Special Summoned, it is send to the graveyard in the End Phase. While this card is on the field, it cannot be affected by Spells, Traps or Monsters. When this card is successfully Special Summoned, you may activate one of the following effects: • Pay 1000 Life Points to destroy one monster on the field and remove it from the game. • Pay all but 1 Life Points, and increase ATK and DEF by the amount of Life Points paid."

 

but serious, don´t post ra in this section ... don`t post any of the gods anywhere, I think everybody`s knowing them well.
