This card can only be activated when you take damage from a direct attack and you have less Life Points than your opponent. Destroy the monster that last dealt damage to you, and inflict damage to your opponent equal to the original ATK of the destroyed monster. Then draw cards until you draw a Monster Card. If the card has an ATK equal to or less than your opponents remaining Life Points, Special Summon it and increase its ATK by 2000 until the End Phase. During your End Phase, you lose the duel.

 

Yes, it's a do-or-die card. Very risky. Anyways, for the pic, the card is what you're supposed to look at, not the fish-man. Anyways, as said, this is my first card in a while, so don't go easy on me, I need to regain my touch.

Like you said, this is a very risky card. But it's still awesome. Love the image, no OCG errors, and awesome, but risky effect.
