thunder29
swine flu salmanella (some sickness I heard about in the news about peanuts) which of these sicknesses are deadlier?
PoeticJustice
I would say both are equally deadly. Take the right precautions and its nothing to worry about.

Sailor Gourmet
Black Plague>Aids>>>>>>>>>>>>>These AIDS> Black Plague Black Plague is treatable by penicillin' date=' IIRC.[/quote'] True, yet, hasn't the Plague killed more than AIDS has? Or maybe it hasn't? As for the sicknesses-Swine Flu: Don't take a trip to Mexico or California any time soon.Salmonella: Cook your food correctly, and if you think some food is weird-looking, don't eat it.I agree with Poetic, however, in saying they are just the same in danger level. Amethyst Phoenix
Swine flu: Overrated media scare. High recovery rate. We have drugs to treat it. Salmonella: Can be fatal, but if you're not an idiot and cook your damn food correctly you'll be fine. Neither of them are particularly deadly, but I'll go with salmonella. Salmonella is awesome: it kills off the dumbasses that are too stupid to cook their food properly.

HelioSpark
Typhus, Euboia, AIDS, Malaria, and even SARS are more troubling than these.... But, seeing as salmonella outbreaks are usually easily contained and rather isolated, I would have to say that Swine Flu poses a larger threat. Cin
Logicially is depends on who it ends up infecting. So there is no true answer. People with a weak immune system either because of genetics or a preexisting condition will be the ones mainly who end up making it deadly.
