Special Summon the selected monster to the field. Destroy 1 face-up Continous Spell card you control to randomly discard 2 card from your opponents hand. If this card is destroyed while it is in a Monster Card Zone, you can place it face-up In your Spell and Trap Card Zone as a Continuous Spell card instead of sending it to the Graveyard. During each of your Standby Phases that you control this card face-up, decrease your Life Points by 600. If any OCG errors, point them out so i can fix.
