Exa Raiun Posted May 9, 2009 Report Share Posted May 9, 2009 Monsters getting gradually stronger and using effects by draining their ATK and DEF? That sounds interesting. Judging its power is kinda hard, though. Somehow it seems it's a bit easy to counter everything your opponent pulls off - even though you will probably take an amount of damage because of the low stats. Curious idea. The pictures are not bad, even though some of them (like Arnid) are a bit too dark. The OCG seems correct.For now, I give 8/10. Balancing may be a bit problematic, but not that much. But there is one thing I've got to tell you, your Lost Survivor Kanahan pic is a Magic The Gathering card and I know this because I own the creature. sorry. Difference in font size for the creator, card code, and password, plus a slightly different shade of card. And I would love to know how to put that dot character in my cards (the one used to denote different or gained effects, like in these cards) . . . but that's neither here nor there. Chileno4Live Posted May 16, 2009 Author Report Share Posted May 16, 2009 Lulz, yeah, everyone is wondering how i did that xD. Well, first of all, i use a different program on making my cards (thats allowed right?). It's a program called Magic Set Editor. It was made to edit Magic the Gathering cards, but eventually they added YGO cards to edit aswell. You can implement the Dots there, aswell as making the text hit the borders. I found that program when i was looking for the YCM program, the original 1 lol. Goka no Ryuu gave me the template of the Effect monsters, because i love it. (I should've creditted him i forgot SORRY MAN X.X) The cards on that program are slightly bigger aswell, doesn't bother me though. The best thing implemented in that program is that the text doesn't shrink to much with bigger effects, and you can make that Dot there aswell. Plus, they even made a template for Dark Synchros!! However, the holo's they've added sucks. Thats why my monsters are all common :P @Spell Master: I didn't know it was from MTG. I got the pic from a database i downloaded on the Showcase section.
