Capatalize every letter in LIGHT, and capatalize some of the first letters in some words and it's good2go! It's not OP'd because nowadays ATK increases isn't exactly the best strategy like it used to. So it's good! Nice card! It's the same with "You Cannot conduct your Battle Phase". HOWEVER!!
