Icarus™
Do tokens count as Monsters that can be tributed for card effects? Here's an example: I attack with Insect Queen and Special Summon 1 "Insect Monster Token" then could I use that token for Multiplication of Ants? Icarus™
Multiplication of Ants says to offer 1 Insect-Type Monster on my side of the Field to Special Summon 2 "Army Ant Tokens". So I was just wondering if the token Special Summoned by Insect Queen's effect would work for it.
Static
In this case yes, but you cannot Use the effect of Hydrogeddon to summon another by killing a token, because it does not go to the graveyard, as well you may not select a token as a target with Raiza the storm monarch, as it does not fullfill the second part of the effect. Jerry OldMaster
Lol...Actually, tokens ARE monsters, but I was just wondering, that if you could do so, you could also, use Multiplication of Ants repeatedly with the same tokens O_O

Axiom_Nor
what about Venom Swamp with tokens? i know scapegoat is immune to swamp, and anything else with 0ATK... cause there ATK cant drop to 0 by swamps effect... but what about a "Poisonous Snake Token" spawned by "Cobra Jar" or "Double Dude Tokens"?
