And they are somewaht based on Carboneddon Empty Coal -DARK-Lvl4[Rock]A revived piece of coal, out for revenge. They say it can be found by abandoned mine shafts. It mostly attacks coal miners.1950ATK / 1900DEF Coal Beast -DARK-Lvl4[Rock/Effect]If this card is in the Graveyard, and there are 3 or more cards ontop of this card, you can activate this effect. Remove this card from play, along with the 3 cards that are ontop of this card, to draw 2 cards.1300ATK / 1000DEF Coal Dragon -DARK-Lvl4[Rock/Effect]If this card is in the Graveyard, and there are 3 or more cards ontop of this card, you can activate this effect. Remove this card from play, along with the 3 cards that are ontop of this card, to inflict 1000 points of damage to the opponet's Lifepoints.1000ATK / 1100DEF Rare-Gem Coal -DARK-Lvl1[Rock/Effect]If this card is removed from play, by the effect of a "Coal" monster, Draw 3 cards, then return 1 card in your hand to the bottom of your deck. Coal Bomb -DARK-Lvl3[Rock/Effect]When this card is destroyed, uou can send the top 3 cards of your deck to the Graveyard. Draw 1 card. Pressure Power -Instant Spell-If you activate this card, both players draw 1 card. As long as this card is in the Graveyard, Then this card's effect is active. If there are 2 or more cards ontop of this card, You can remove them from play to increse the ATK or DEF of 1 face-up "Coal" monster you control by 300 points for each card you removed with this effect. Coal Drive -Continuous Spell-Each time a "Coal" monster is sent to the Graveyard, Place 1 Coal Counter on this card. You can Release this card to Special Summon 1 "Coal" monster from your deck with a level equal to or lower then the number of Coal Counters that were on this card. Coal Control -Instant Spell-Remove from play any number of cards from the top of your Graveyard, to increse your Lifepoints by 300 points for each card Removed from play with this effect. Coal Schute -Spell-Roll a 6-sided die once, send cards from the top of your deck to the Graveyard equal to or lower then the number that was rolled on the die. Power Drilling -Spell-Select 1 "Coal" monster in your deck to activate. Add the selected card to your hand, and send another copy of that card from your deck to your Graveyard. Diamond Pressure -Spell-Increse your lifepoints by 500 points. As long as this card is in the Graveyard, Then this card's effect is active. If there are 3 or more cards ontop of this card, You can remove them from play to draw 1 card for every 3 cards ontop of this card. Diamond Mine -Field Spell-This card is destroyed, unless you have any "Coal" monsters in your Graveyard. Each time a card is sent to the Graveyard, except by this card's effect, send 1 card from the top of the sent card's controller's deck to his/her Graveyard. Coal Connection -Spell-Special Summon 1 "Coal" monster from your Graveyard, to your side of the field in face-up defence position. Send the top 3 cards of your deck to your Graveyard. Mineshaft Blasting -Trap-Remove from play 1 "Coal" monster in your Graveyard, and inflict 800 points of damage to the opponet's Lifepoints. Coal Counter -Counter Trap-You can only chain this card to the activation of a spell, trap, or monster effect, if you have the following number of "Coal" monsters in your Graveyard:Spell card: 1Trap card: 2Monster effect: 3Remove from play the approiate number of "Coal" monsters in your Graveyard to negate the activation and effect of an above listed card, and Remove it from play. Coal Shift -Trap-Select 1 face-up "Coal" monster you control. Send cards from the top of your deck to the Graveyard equal to the level stars of the selected monster. Increse your Lifepoints by 300 points for each "Coal" monster sent to the Graveyard with this effect. Inner Diamond -Trap-Inflict 300 points of damage to the Opponet's Lifepoints. As long as this card is in the Graveyard, Then this card's effect is active. If there are 1 or more cards ontop of this card, You can remove from play this card, and the card that is ontop of this card to prevent all battle damage done to your lifepoints during this turn, from battles involving "Coal" monsters you control. At that time, "Coal" monsters you control are not destroyed as a result of battle. Coal Cannon -Trap-Send 1 level 4 or lower "Coal" monster from your deck to your Graveyard. Inflict damage to your Opponet's Lifepoints equal to the level of the sent monster. X=200 points. Accupressure -Trap-Send cards from the top of your deck to the Graveyard, equal to or less then the number of your cards that are removed from play. Link to comment

It's LIGHT, not DARK or EARTH, it's not named as "Coal" , and its effect is different (yet slightly fitting) to the concept. Link to comment

Exa Raiun Posted May 13, 2009 Report Share Posted May 13, 2009 Yeah, I noticed that while Lightsworns are LIGHT and your Coal monsters are DARK (with the exception of Coal Driller), the fact that Lightsworns dump cards to your Graveyard and Coal monsters show their true power by being dumped in the Graveyard, they can be combined quite well, interesting. Also the fact that use used the rarely appearing combination of DARK and Rock-Type adds to the creativity. I can't see any mistakes here, good job! ^^ Link to comment
