On the 1st End Phase after this card was activated, draw 1 card. On the 2nd End Phase after this card was activated, destroy all monsters on the field. On the 4th End Phase after this card was activated, both players' Life Points become 8000. On the 8th End Phase after this card was activated, both players must draw cards until they both have 8 cards in their hand. On the 16th End Phase after this card was activated, lower the Level of all the monsters in both players hand by 4 for the rest of the Duel. Few OCG errors (players instead of players', Field, Graveyards etc).Overall well done, but should be at least Super Rare, better Ultimate Rare.So for now, 8/10. Megami Seika Posted May 13, 2009 Report Share Posted May 13, 2009 prety cool lil bit of a drag on card and if you even last that long but i have a simple counter for your spell well two 1: magic jammer or 2: final countdown its efect is after 12 turns you win the duel but good card 7.5/10 its funny that its not a banned card. Exa Raiun Posted May 14, 2009 Report Share Posted May 14, 2009 The concept of a card having various effects as time passes is interesting and nice... but considering that the average deck contains around 40 cards, I doubt that the last two effects would ever happen in a real duel. 7.5/10 because of that.
