Discarding 4 Fiend-type monsters? Ew.

This has silly combo potential with Dark Necrofear on the discarding end, but seriously, discarding 4 Fiend-type monsters is obscene. Discarding 2 or 3 seems like more than enough, considering your next objective is to keep him safe.

Protecting himself from targetting effects is all good and well, but unless an opponent intentionally is trying to get Fiends out of your Graveyard, or really wants you to pay 1000 Life Points to reset his ATK, I doubt an opponent would keep trying to target him before they looked for a non-targetting way to deal with him.

Halving his ATK when there are no Fiend-types in your Graveyard is a real swift kick to an already damaged groin. He's lost the ability to negate targetting effects since he has no fuel to remove, so we're going to make him easier to kill by battle at the same time? That's kind of unnecessary, it's basically a harsher way of saying "Check it out, he's weak and defenseless with no protection at all!"

The piercing thing is nifty, though. A sort of reverse to all of the Fairy cards that get effects based on your Life Points being higher, I guess.

It's not a bad card, it's a little heavily priced on some aspects, specifically the cost to Summon it and the halving of its ATK when it already can't protect itself.

Good idea, though.
