He is kinda new so stop trying to make him feel bad and tell time how to improve!You need to put a reasonable attack and defense. Maybe 3000 and 2400.Also, make an effect that works. Maybe something like This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can be Special Summoned by releasing to Dragon-Type Monsters.
