Monkey
Inspired by SynchroDuelist This card can be Special Summoned from your hand when there are 3 different "Blackwing" monsters on your field. When this card is Summoned, you can switch the ATK and DEF of all monsters on your opponent's field until your End Phase. Once per turn, you can add 1 Level 5 or lower "Blackwing" monster from your Deck to your hand OR add 1 Level 5 or lower "Blackwing" monster from your Graveyard to the bottom of your Deck. The image is a tad overused but I couldn't resist using this image for a Blackwing monster

K.B. strategist
Not exactly an error, but I would word the first sentence as such: "You can Special Summon this card from your hand while you control 3 "Blackwing" monsters with different names." Also, where are you adding the "Blackwing" monster to the bottom of your deck from? Excellent pic and quite the authentic name. I see you've also followed the theme of the arch-type well. My main complaint about the card is the third effect; it makes it basically a super gadget like stratos would have been, except even worse. Summon this, add another Ezra, Special Summon it, add another Ezra/Blackwing, etc. It would be pretty easy to make an OTK with this thing. I suggest you add some costs/limitations on that effect to balance it out. (I know you could only summon 2 of the Ezra, but then you could synchro, etc.) Once you fix that my rating will be around 9-9.5/

Maybe I'll put some limits on what cards can be recycled.

Monkey
It's still usable with almost every Blackwing monster out there, but then it limits it's OTK ability as said above.

Monkey
Mirage: feel free to point out OCG errors Super cheesy: why don't you read the card before you just quote somebody? I made changes to the card
.Requiem
Well they are simple, "your field" "you control" your opponent controls

Sander
Meh. Bottom of Deck has no actual use. It has only 2 targets. Not really that helpful.
Monkey
Xander: what do you mean by two targets? Almost every single Blackwing monster is Level 5 or less. Putting it on the bottom of the Deck balances the effect out. Plus, on your next turn, you can just add the Blackwing monster on the bottom of the Deck to your hand

Namo™
Lemme help you with a sentence or twoThis card can be Special Summoned from your hand when there are 3 different "Blackwing" monsters on your field. When this card is Summoned, you can switch the ATK and DEF of all monsters on your opponent's side of the field until your End Phase. Once per turn, you can add 1 Level 5 or lower "Blackwing" monster from your Deck to your hand OR add 1 Level 5 or lower "Blackwing" monster from your Graveyard to the bottom of your Deck. And thats pretty much it...
