You must also tribute monsters which level are equal to 9 or higher.'Black Heart Fairy:'This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Ritual Summoned by the effect of 'Black Heart Ritual'. When there is a face-up 'Black Heart Beast' on your side of the field, increase it's Attack points by 1000. When this card is destroyed, decrease it's Attack points by 1000.'(Another OP'ed)Black Heart Ritual God:'Black Heart Fairy' + 'Black Heart Beast' 'Decrease your Life Points by 1000 to select 1 card in your opponents hand and Special Summon it to your side of the field in face-up Attack Position.'
