YuGiOh-Mania-Man
If I used a card to get tokens i.e scapegoat. Could I use them for a synchro summon?? Could I use a tuner monster with another tuner monster for a syncro?? If I used graceful revival on a tuner and I wanted to summon a tuner to synch with the monster revived with GR?? Just some questions I decided to throw out there because I just started playing this game after a LONG break.
burnpsy
Could I use a tuner monster with another tuner monster for a syncro?? NEVER. I'm not too sure on the 1st question, tho. I see nothing that claims the answer to question 1 is "no". So, I'm guessing yes.
YuGiOh-Mania-Man
Okay well what about the third question. I get the second one was a no and I still want to make sure that scapegoat can be used with synchroing.

Synchro summon is always 1 Tuner + "x" Non-Tuner monsters. You send the cards to the graveyard. (send =/= tribute)This is considered to be a special summon.
