The selected monster has its original ATK halved and cannot be targeted my monster Effects. Each time a monster Effect your opponent controls is activated, you can remove from play 1 face-down card you control to negate the cards activation and Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower FIRE monster from your hand or Deck.
