Its been 15 Years since Naruto killed Sasuke Uchiha and became the sixth Hokage. The Akatsuki are all dead, the villages have been at peace for some time. A newly found Hidden Blood Village has been formed as the new threat to the Kage Thrown's. The Blood village has killed Naruto and has caused a widespread panic to the 5 great nations. The Kazekage Gara plans to take action upon The hidden Blood Village before they finish there plans to kill and take over the kage positions and rule the world. Using the Anbu Black Ops of Konaha and Sand black ops to find, do recon, and to kill the members of the Hidden blood village as well as seek revenge for a fellow ninja and their beloved Hokage. Which side will you choose, Make your decision wisley.

Tailed Beast: Name is Doragon, is a Black Dragon and has 12 Tails. He has huge amounts of Chakra. In order to Gain the 12 Tailed Dragon form Hayate must level up from No tails to 12 like Naruto. The dragon is unable to fly but uses Fire and Lightning style Jutsu. At 1 Tail Hayate has all his senses but becomes extremly fast. 2 Tails Hayate's Chakra is manipulated into the shape of a Dragon around his body. 3 Tails Hayate starts to gain Chakra. 4 Tails Hayate's Chakra starts to form a more outlined Dragon Shape. 5 Tails Hayate's Chakra turns black giving him a Black dragon outline in his chakra. 6 Tails Hayate loses his senses and cannot control his anger. 7 Tails Hayate has almost completly transformed into a dragon like creature. 8 Tails Hayate cannot tell friend from foe, and attacks everything in his path. 9 Tails Hayate is incased withen a rock like egg, he cannot fight in this state but has tremendous defense abilities. 10 Tails Hayate breaks from his egg like rock appearing to be a full Dragon, jet black appearance, wings but unable to fly. 11 and 12 Tails will be explained later in roleplay. If Hayate uses his Tailed Beast he can only stay in a form for 1 minute so unless he upgrades to a higher Tail the Tailed beast disspears. Also no matter in what state of this tailed beast after he has tranformed back to his original body he losses all Chakra and becomes in a state of shock making him lose his senses or become uncounsious. For all levels it takes immense chakra to use the tailed beast. So unless he has a high chakra count he cannot use his Tailed beast. Also just for a heads up If Hayate reaches 11-12 tails he will be almost unstopable but after his minute is up he will likly die unless treated by a medical ninja withen 30 seconds.

6: Jagan - Jaganshi Form; It also allows him to transform into his Jaganshi form. where his skin turns green and eyes sprout all over his body. In this form, the power of his Jagan is greatly increased, allowing him to bind his foes and summon multiple weak dragons.

Bio: Kenji is the half brother of Hayate Masaru, Sharing the Same father but different mothers Kenji posses a Kekkai Genkkai created between a mix of his fathers Rinnegan and his mothers Sharingan creating the Jagan. After the death of his mother at the hands of their father Hayate and Kenji split ways and became enemies.

Bloodline Trait: Jagan - can move faster and can telekinetically move smaller objects(Swords/Kunai/Rocks/Basicly anything smaller then a car.He can erase memories, and control weaker ninja and civilians with Hypnotic powers. It also allows him to transform into his Jaganshi form.

Nightmare, You may join but as stated through PM the Tailed beast wont exsist unless you pay for one of the real ones. And since I made some changes with the way the jutsu's are picked you must pick real jutsu from the show or the link. unless you have a Kekkai Genkai that uses the jutsu.

lol OK Mirage then make up a new Kekkai Genkai that the jutsu list you want is used with your Kekkai Genkai. and about the Thunder type its fine they have all been used before and Its also 15 years later.

Kekkei Genkai: Blackheart Angel. Allows him to take the form of an angel, except covered in black flames. Renders him invincible to genjutsu because he perceives the opponent rather then actually seeing them with his Blackheart Sharingan. Also renders him immune to fire and water type jutsus, except high pressure ones. His weakness in this form is his immense lack of defense to the earth and lightning elements. In this form, his taijutsu abilities are supplemented immensely. His speed and hitting power is almost quadrupled. Imagine a sane Kyubi Naruto. He can hold this form for a total of 5 minutes per day unless he puts more chakra in it, but that would leave him incredibly week and unable to move.

Weapon: Sword that belonged to his uncle.

Bio:The bastard child of a runaway Uchiha and the mother of a mysterious villiage with the ability to form their black fire chakra into an animal or being. Zarkus was born with the ability to turn into an angel. His diluted blood means that he will have to work harder to attain the fullest extent of his Sharingan and his Blackheart abilities. His uncle taught him everything he knows. He had to murder his uncle with his own hands because he was under mind control. This activated his Mangekyo Sharingan. Later, he ran away to the Akatsuki, mainly to be associated with Sasuke. The closest thing he had to family. He also has a mysterious brother, who was the son of his father before that Zarkus never met...

Choukyuu Haou Den'eidan- A taijutsu that allows Zarkus to encircle his body in dark flames and dash towards his opponent. Uncounterable but easily dodgeable because it can go in a straight line only. He can increase its size at the cost of more chakra.

Bloodline Trait: The Desa clan has an unknown Kekkei Genkai called Lightingan, which they can control lightning and Saruto is the only one that can go in Lightning Mode.

Bio: As a small child, Saruto was trained by his dad and other leaf ninjas. When he was 8, he became a genin and then become a Chunin at the age of 9. Then Saruto start to train with the 6th Hokage aka Naruto, which He put a little bit of his Demon Fox Chakra in Saruto to let him use Multiple Shadow Clone Technique. Then the very same year he became a Jonin. His hammer is his clans hammer. When he was 14 he left the Leaf Village to learn other jutsus. He met alot of people when he was gone and for a couple of times ran in to the Bloods and won. Before he return to the village he found out that he can control lightning and now protecting the village from the Blood Clan and people call him Sanin because he is powerful.
