There are far too many high-level Normal Mosters here! Also, your effect monster does not have an effect! I'll give you some advice on improving these cards:

 

Ciara:

On the plus side; a good name.

However, crop the picture so the border at the bottom isn't showing,

Take its Level down to Lv.8, its very underpowered for a Lv.10,

Change the type from 'Angel' to Fairy or Warrior-Type,

Give it an effect! Possibly something to do with another "Angel" monster or another LIGHT monster.

 

Love:

Awful name; change it to "Heart of Davy Jones",

Bad picture, change it. Possibly to a picture of the 'Flying Dutchman' and changing the card's name to "Voyage of Davy Jones",

Ritual Summoning a Lv.12 is awfully hard. Change "Davy Jones: King of the Sea" to a Lv.9,

OCG: "This card is used to Ritual Summon "Davy Jones: King of the Sea". You must also Tribute monsters from the field or your hand whose total levels are equal to 9 or more."

 

Black Hole:

Overall, probably the least errored card here...

OCG: "This card is used to Ritual Summon "Supernova Dragon". You must also Tribute monsters from the field or your hand whose total levels are equal to 10 or more."

 

Calypso:

...It's an effect monster without an effect... (*Facepalms*),

Its a Lv.12 and is weaker than Blue-Eyes...reduce it to Lv.8,

Change its type from 'Sea' to Fish or Sea Serpent-Type,

Since its a Gemini monster, it needs to have Gemini OCG:

"This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:

(Effect centred around WATER monsters)"

 

Element Dragon: Dark

Come up with a more imaginative name...such as "Umbra Dragon",

It's a Lv.11 and cannot stop a Lv.10...reduce it to Lv.10,

It needs an effect, possibly something to do with DARK monsters or Dragon-Types,

If you are alluding to a Fusion Monster formed out of these 'Element Dragon' cards, then reduce the individual dragons down to Lv.6 or 7; with around 1800-2400 ATK and 1500-2200 DEF,
