New Monarch!

Heyall. I saw that Caius was the last monarch, since all the attributes had been taken. However, what if you combined all the attributes into one, awesome monarch?

So, I give you, the last monarch: Arven the Rainbow Monarch ;)

 

 

 

 

Arven the Rainbow Monarch

Attribute: Light (effect makes it all)

Rarity: Ultra Rare

Effect: This card's attribute is also treated as DARK, WIND, WATER, FIRE and EARTH. When this card is Tribute Summoned, declare a monster attribute. Every face-up monster with the declared attribute on the field is returned to its owner's hand, except this card.

yeh, but i dont think its too OP since it cant kill any spell/traps or face down monsters, and it can return your own too. plus, it doesnt destroy them, just return them, and a quick lightning vortex would do the same thing :P

I believe Caius was released before Kuraz, so there were technically 2 Light monarchs.

 

Anyway, although I like it, it's hard to say if it would be TOO good in the TCG.

Caius was released in the Advent of the Emperor Structure deck while Kuraz was released in LODT

 

 

as for the monarch,for a monarch that is all the attibutes,it's not really that great

 

it's pretty much a super-powered raiza,unless against lightsworn,this wouldn't be really great since GB and other decks tend to run a variety of attributes

ye, if anyone could find me a pic that would be great lol... i havnt found anything remotely 'monarch'ish :P

do u think it would be better if it was destroy the monsters, or not return ur own, or would that be too OP?

and ya i just realised Kuraz and Zaborg have the same attribute, but meh =\

Seems a pretty good idea. But the effect doesn't really stand out from the rest of the monarchs but the idea of the effect can be further explored:)
