You can remove 3 Lunatic Counters to take control of 1 face-up monster, until the End Phase. After you use this effect, this card's effect is negated until your next End Phase. Maybe when it has 3 Lunatic counters on it, you can choose 1 monster your opponent controls and gain Life Points equal to half of the monsters attack points??? Anyway 9/10. (btw like the pic!)
