If you have ever played Magic: The Gathering, there is an artifact card called Millstone What it essentially does is starts to "Deck-Out" your opponent. My Question to you is: Is it worth it to make a Yu-Gi-Oh deck based off this concept, using cards like "Needle Worm" and "Robbin Zombie" to deck out your opponent while adding some stall for protection?[/u]

if u build marco mill' date=' and run it the right way...it laughs at lightsworn so hard its not funny.

And then you get laughed at when they Side Imperial Iron Wall in next game.

If you're gonna run Mill, you have to run one that mills quickly.

Milled cards usually go to the Graveyard

If you knew how Lightsworns worked, you would know how bad slow Mill Decks are. Lightsworns would thank you for moving them closer to their win condition.

In Yugioh, there are several ways to mill. Needle Worm and whatnot are one way. Another way is Necroface, or combining Macro Cosmos to do a RFG mill. The problem with this deck is the current meta, Lightsworns.

Their concept is to mill their own deck to get themselves into the graveyard, to special summon Wulf (a 2100 beater), or Judgment Dragon (their win condition).

Dedicated mill decks are difficult to make.

How about a little Shadow-Imprisoning Mirror? Then what? SIM doesn't care where the monster's effect activates from.

I'm not sure, but I think you can send SIM to summon Trap Eater, again I'm not sure.

Wait. Trap Eater's get rid of a face-up Trap thing is a cost right? If that's the case then SIM wouldn't stop it.

Yes, this works in Yu-Gi-Oh, and it actually does a good job.

If you're not taking the deck anywhere too professional, you should be sure to win the majority of your games because your opponent's will not see it coming.

Also, the fact that you play MTG means that you'll probably be naturally better at Yu-Gi-Oh than most kids who never played MTG are, so you'll win ever more games.

Final Analysis: Yes, this is a good path to go down.

Suggestions: Don't use Robbin Zombie, Continuous trap cards are generally too slow to be game breaking, or even speed up your kill condition. (Although stall cards might be necessary at first when you're learning to play the deck or until you have it running at optimal speed)
