Leturn Master Posted May 29, 2009 Report Share Posted May 29, 2009 It's overpowered. It gets "Spell Canceller" and "Jinzo" in one card, or lets you use (basically) "Monster Reborn" for a low cost. Good card , 7.6 / 10 I think it might need an OCG FIX When this card is Normal or Special Summoned choose one of the following effects:*This card can negate the effect of Spell or Trap Cards. If this effect is activated , this card cannot attack until your next turn.*Pay 950 (i'd make it 1000) life points. Select 1 monster from your Graveyard and Special Summon it in face-up Attack or Defense Position. If this effect was is activated , you cannot declare an attack this turn.
