This card can be Special Summoned from your Deck when 2 or more monsters you control is destroyed by battle. By discarding 1 card, decrease the Level of 1 monsters on your hand by 1. When this card destroys a monster, inflict 500 damage to both players Life Points. Then both players select 1 monster with the lowest Level in their hand and Special Summon it. As long the Special Summoned monster you control is on the field, this card is unnafected by the effects of Spell and Trap Card your opponent controls.

Hope you like it.

Cool! I figured the OCG mistakes.
This card can be Special Summoned from your Deck when 2 or more monsters you control is destroyed by battle. By discarding 1 card, decrease the Level of 1 monster in your hand by 1. When this card destroys a monster, inflict 500 damage to both players Life Points. Then both players select 1 monster with the lowest Level in their hand and Special Summon it. As long the Special Summoned monster you control is on the field, this card is unaffected by the effects of Spell and Trap Card your opponent controls.

Zeaux you really know how to make cards! 9/10 (OCG purposes only!)
