Oh well I still don't think it's a terrible card, but I do think the dragon is better. PM Falcon still shoots down Dark Armed Dragon and Snipe Hunter though if teamed up with PM Dragon. http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/yugioh/images/c/c8/PrimeMaterialFalconCRMS-EN-ScR-1E.jpgand this stops DAD? It would kill Prime Material by battle THEN kill this by effect If it can get past then endless combinations of magics or traps that any player of this game would have to support/protect these two monsters, but go ahead and take base value without looking at the big picture. I'll admit that PM Falcon's only purpose is to protect traps and continuos/equip spells, but that can serve a great purpose in the right deck. For protecting my spells and traps i would rather have Judgement of Anubis and Dark Bribe (mostly Bribe since it serves a larger purpose) than this any day well whatever floats your boat, but with cards like Snipe Hunter and DAD they can kill off Judgement with no fear and I never saw the point of Dark Bride myself. I mean yeah it stops any spell or trap dead, but chances are you are just giving your opponent a card that will do the same exact thing as what you just prevented. Only real good it is for is when they play a card that requires a cost. Lighting Vortex is a good target since most decks I've seen have those in it. Kira the Savior
Well beetween those and all the other random counter cards out there....Im fine without this thing...If I want a tribute monster I will just throw in Jinzo or a Monarch
Skarlet
I don't mind Prime Matierial, I've used it to great effect in a couple of decks, and one of my friends ran Chain burn against me, and didn't read it's effect.... That was just funny.

Because the games get rulings wrong sometimes. why do I get that your definition of wrong is the same as 75% of the other people here which goes a little something like this. Wrong; adjective; having a different opinion than your own. I'm not saying that your wrong or right, I just want to be sure and right now the only way to be sure it to use the game. GenzoTheHarpist
No wrong as in having effects act different from the way they are ruled to act. I posted an official statement from Konami yet somehow you feel that a video game has more authority then the company that actually makes the cards. No, you're right. Clearly a bunch of video game programmers know more about the cards than the people who made them in the first place. Perfectly logical.

I only ignore your "offical statement" becuase I can't read it so for all I know you could have posted any web page from the japaness yugioh site and just said that it says what you think the effect sould do. Kinda what I think about the bible, but that is for a different forum.
