When this card destoys a WIND monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon that monster to your field. The only WIND monsters people play against on a consistent basis is Stardust Dragon, Stratos, and Bestarii. With that being said I would lower the ATK of this monster to 2500 or lower because you shouldn't be allowed to steal your opponent's Stardust Dragon and then ATK him with it.
