This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 2 Monsters with "Elemental Dragoon" in its card name. This card's Type is also treated as Fiend-Type. This card cannot be Destroyed by Card Effects. If this card is Destroyed by Battle, Special Summon it at the End of the Battle Phase. ) As you can see, this is not finished.
