I dont get the 2nd line and the first line is meant to be "1 Dark-type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters" Actually "Ruann" is making a Dark Synchro, so the term "Dark Tuner" applies perfectly. I can understand the OCG errors, especially the first part. It looks like you just took the OCG from a Japanese Dark Synchro monster and put it in your card. I recommend changing the first sentence to this:"In order to Special Summon this card, subtract the Level of a Dark Tuner monster from the Level of 1 other monster you control; the value must equal the Level of this card." Also, notice that the text for this sentence is slightly faded in comparison to the rest of the effect (for the real cards). So you've got OCG errors. Add that to the fact that this card is just a weaker version of "One-Hundred Eye Dragon", and you've got a pretty bad card by CCG standards. Seeing as how your card is named "Ultimate Worm", you should change the effect to something about attacking the opponent's Life Points directly -- that'd be cool. Finally, format the picture. You've shown skill with image editing (I'm assuming you edited this image), so crop your card picture, before putting it in the card, so that it will look more realistic (not fuzzy or squished). I also think it's a good idea to crop out the signature in the bottom-right corner (it will involve making the picture smaller, and losing some of your "Worm", but it's well worth it).
