Atalas
My friend uses Dogma(the destiny hero) and he Special Summons it from his DECK and he does it during my turn and during the battle phase. Is this even possible.
Guest Star
The only way Destiny Hero-Dogma can be summoned, at all, is by tributing three monsters, including one "Destiny Hero". Your friend, my friend, is, no0bish.
Atalas
He does tribute it. I think he just does it at the wrong time and I don't think you can Special summon it from his deck. But... I'm tired of arguing with him.

Xemnas2133
I don't think that's possible unless it says specifically in the card... Some cards such as Skilled Dark Magician say it, "Special Summon 1 Dark Magician from your hand, deck or graveyard." IF it doesn't say in the card, then your friend is an idiot. Plus I don't think that any card is that good that you can special summon it in your opponent's turn... otherwise it would have been banned....lol
Orochi
you cant' special summon D-hero dogma from your deck... the condition is tributing 3 monsters, including one D-hero... but D-hero dogma MUST BE in your hand... tell your friend that read carefully the card and the ruling, and if he insist, just stop dueling him until he learns...
