werewolfjedi
normally, you would look at this card and think, "what a piece of useless crap." but just think about the fact that we have so many draw cards and ways to thin the deck out now that drawing this (and it doesn't matter how it was drawn.) could be very easy. and then you get ANY card from your grave back to your hand, that could win you the game right there. could it be worth it? and it's chainable, so it could make some great decoy food. and no one is going to stop it, and you can't stop the effect once it gets back into the deck. You get the final cut, no matter what. Always cut it right to the top of the deck if you need something from the grave. But how often do you have time to wait a turn rather than have another card that could do the job and perhaps do a better job of it in it's place. Kira the Savior
Its ok but its essentially like skip one draw phase to add one card from your grave to hand or if you draw it by effect then its -1 off the effect
burnpsy
Its ok but its essentially like skip one draw phase to add one card from your grave to hand or if you draw it by effect then its -1 off the effect The way card advantage works, this card's the -1. When you eventually draw it, it's a +0, not a -1. If you're trying to come up with faults in a card, be accurate at least.

I'd like to see people run it in 3's in lightsworn just for laughs. that deck has a good chance of making them useful.or milling them and wasting them completely. still the chance to grab that JD you lost to mill could be worth it right? werewolfjedi
I wouldn't use it in lightsworn myself anyway.I need the room. other fast decks though could find it very helpful.
Tickle Me Emo
it fattens your deck and on the inital draw its basically a -1 because you have to set it and its not gonna do ya sheet until you draw it again
werewolfjedi
it fattens your deck and on the inital draw its basically a -1 because you have to set it and its not gonna do ya s*** until you draw it again and then when you draw it, you get any card in the grave. not just monsters, not just spells, not just traps. ANY CARD (but it) is that worth a -1 when these days we can thin the deck out so fast?
Father Wolf
i dont see the point of a -1 that u cant get in the turn its played rly

dead draw
it's just too slowretrieving any card is good but...the likelyhood that you'll draw this twice before you draw some other graveyard retrieval card is unlikely and inconsistent
Guest PikaPerson01
This card has always been good. You get the final cut' date=' no matter what.[/u'] Lol, maybe if this was 2001. They changed that rule like... a LOOONG time ago. Edit: I had to double check to make sure this discussion wasn't like, an epic long time ago, some idiot necro bumped this, and I had accidentally made a huge jackass of myself by being all: "derp! u dun shuffle last nawb!", only to find this topic was just made yesterday. Your opponent gets the last shuffle. Furthermore, you may draw into it when you don't need it, or draw into the second time when you don't need it. This card is bad and you should feel bad. Toffee.
Technicly, this card is better in Traditional.... Raikoh
Terrible Card and also a Stacker card. Macro laughs at this card. Its a -1 without any pluses. Also, D.D. Crow says hi to your Drawing of this card.

Mysty
When you draw the Pharaoh's Treasure, you choose which card you want and then your opponent can respond. D.D. Crow would remove the card you chose from play.
