I vote.... um.....uh.. Comparason first XD

Reaper: your card has a pic that I don't find fits with most others, has semi-hard summoning conditions for the ATK. Sweet holo!

Devestator: what is the ocean guardian? unique effect, yugioh-esque(spell check) pic, effect is strange and (maybe) helpful.

 

My vote will go to reaper, devestator, if you show me guardian, I may change vote.

Only people with 150+ posts can vote. This is to make complete legit votes, I don't want small votes. Has to be a Level 3 member or over to vote. Guys, I'm not gonna accept votes because of the pic. It must be everything you judge on. And I mean everything, must judge on OCG as well, creativity on effect, not just the pic.

Pic To Name - Name Fits Pic Well

Pic Overall - Decent Honestly Would Be Better With Out The Hollowing.

Effect - Amazing Effect If You Can Count That As An Effect Srry To Sound Mean But Honestly You Couldn't Have Added A Little Effect.

Ocg - Seems Flawless And Probably Is Due To Only Being A Summoning Condition.

Atk Def Balance - Good

Overall - 7/10

Pic To Name - Fits Great

Pic Overall - Nice Pic Although I See It Quite Often(The Pic Not Your Card)

Effect - Nice Effect, Creative, Very Explanitory, Could Be Used Quite Effectivly.

Ocg - Seems Flawless But Then Again I'm Reading This At 5:20 In The Morning.

Atk Def Balance - Nice Balance Couldnt Be Much Better Honestly

Overall - 8.5/10(Would Be 9/10 But I See Pic Too Often)

I vote for Grim, because if you take in consideration that your opponent doesn't run ANY WATER monsters, there's no way of playing it. As for Grim's card, it's a simple effect and easy to Summon. Devastators effect is amazingly creative, and very good, but Grim has to take it on this one. Sorry Devastator.

It's overpowered as well if you think about it, a simple effect won't be useful as much it has a high level and could possibly easily inflict damage to your opponent. That's op as there a lot of DARK monsters in YGO to run in your Deck. I'm not saying my card is better. You haven't judged on: the pic, the OCG and the balance. I know your judgement is detailed, but it needs to be a bit more detailed, because I expect more judgement on the cards. Thanks though.
