Sorry didnt mean to start this new thread i accidently deleted the first thread staring this amazing monster. So here it is again

Devistate, Master of Seals

Effect: This monster cannot be Tribute Summoned except by Tributing 3 monsters on your side of the field. This monster is uneffected by Spell and Trap Cards. Once per turn, instead of drawing during your Draw Phase, you can add 1 Spell Card from your deck to your hand. Increase this monster's attack by 400 for every Equip Spell card on the field.

You forgot to take the Equip spell card add out. Adding a spell card during your draw phase is meant to replace the effect.
