Thanks, finding pics is pretty hard though. There's very little fanart of Covenant and other things. Don't worry, they'll be here eventually.

Hey again my Spider friend. Saw your PM and I've been having quite a think about some of these cards. I think I have a way of wording the effects of the Warthog and the Plasma Grenade (however I would only take these as suggestions).

[spoiler=Warthog] Select up to 3 monsters you control and equip them to this card as Equip Spell Cards (no more than 3 monsters can be equipped to this card by this effect). The original ATK and DEF of this card is equal to the number of monsters equipped to this card x 500 points. When this card is equipped with 3 monsters by its own effect increase the ATK of this card by 500 points. The ATK of this card cannot be more than 2000 points. When your opponent Special Summons a monster, toss a coin and call it. If you call it right, do nothing. If you call it wrong, switch control of this card to your opponent and return all cards equipped to this card to their owner’s hand.

 

[spoiler=Plasma Grenade] Select 1 monster your opponent controls and equip it with this card. Increase the equipped monster’s ATK by 400 points. During your opponent’s next Battle Phase, if your opponent declares an attack with the equipped monster, toss a coin and call it. If you call it right, destroy the attacking monster. If you call it wrong, destroy the attacking monster and the attack target. If your opponent does not declare an attack, send the equipped monster to the owner’s hand and remove this card from play.

 

Damn....they are some tricky effects but I think that should do.

Anyways, now to your new cards.

 

Elite Minor - Why only an increase in 100 points? That seems a bit small to me as it would only be able to get up to 1800 when you have 4 Elite monsters on the field. How about 150 points? That would give it 2000 if you had 4 Elites and makes the increase a little more feasible when you have fewer Elites. Also, the last sentence doesn't need that comma before "unless". Also, you technically don't have any "Covenant- Elite" monsters as that is what the "-" dictates. So, instead I would say "Increase the ATK of this card by 100 points for each face-up "Covenant" monster you control with "Elite" in its card name (excluding this card)."

 

Elite Major - The Special Summon effect seems a bit odd, to be honest. If I had it in my hand, I wouldn't see the Tribute as worth it and would rather just Normal Summon it. Perhaps one way to make it more worthwhile would be to make the Elite Major a little more powerful (perhaps even a 1 Tribute monster). Also, you forgot the "You can" at the beginning again (to make it optional). However, if you were to make it a 1 Tribute monster as I suggested, I would suggest saying something along the following to stop someone Special Summoning it in the same turn they Normal Summon a Minor:

"This card cannot be Special Summoned in the same turn you Normal Summoned a "Covenant- Elite Minor". (and put that as the second sentence.) It's other effect is fine.

 

Plasma Cannon - I like it but there are just a couple of errors here and there. Given that, I'd like to re-write it as I think it should be (again, this is only a suggestion).

 

This card cannot be summoned unless you control a "Covenant" monster. You can select 1 Level 4 or lower monster you control and equip it to this card (only 1 monster may be equipped to this card by this effect). Wraith Tank - First off, you cannot Tribute from the hand (and say "from" not "in"). Given that, I would say "This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending 2 "Vehicle" monsters from your hand or field to the Graveyard." (Don't forget to say where they go either as it could also be the Deck). The other effect is fine. In fact, I really like it.

 

Good job with these cards once again. I hope what I have said is helpful. See you around. Another note: If you're wondering why I always put "points" after an amount of ATK/DEF or Life Points, that is just something of a habit of mine. I do think it is actually fine to not include that in the sentence.

Your cards seem solid , there are no OCG errors of any kind though i though t i sall a minor one but i think it was just my eyes playing tricks anyways a vary rare but solid 10/10 from me ^^
